26th Annual Ghosts of Globe Tour

26th Annual Ghosts of Globe Walking Tour
Join us for an Old West Tour filled with tales from Globe, Arizona’s territorial past. In theatrical style, hear recounts of actual sightings, documented history and portrayals that bring to life (and death), a time gone by. With Globe’s famously bawdy past, it is no wonder why they tout a great deal of unexplained activity. Is it the Copper in the soil? The unrest of the mined earth, or is it much more? As featured on Travel Channel’s hit show: “Ghost Adventures” at three different Globe historic downtown locations, come and see for yourself. Be our guest for the evening, walking in the very same footsteps as our subjects walked, for a first-hand experience of the history, the mysterious and the unexplained.
Guests move from lantern-lit station to station for this 2-hr experience, departing from the 1916 Globe Train Depot throughout the historic district. Tours start consistently between 6:00-8:00pm. Look for our “EVENT-SPECIFIC” ticket station & line-up. This lantern lit tour involves stairs, alleys, uneven pavement surfaces, and a shuttle to bring you back to the starting point at the end of your tour. Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes, and bring a flashlight for your comfort level. Some of the historic buildings you will be touring through are the 1916 Globe Train Depot Complex, the 1910 Territorial Sheriff’s Office and Jail, the 1906 Territorial Gila County Courthouse, and a surprise location along the way!
Tickets: $25/per person.
Tickets will be sold pre-sale online, general admission at the CVCA, and also at the door. (Online pre-sale allows guests to pick an approximate tour launch window.) All walk-up and general admission guests will be feathered in with the pre-sale tickets on a first come first serve basis. Children under 10 are allowed in free with a paid adult, with the understanding of tour subject matter, please use parental discretion. For our ADA option to the tour, please understand that we work with volunteers for this fundraising event and will try our best to accommodate any last-minute needs. Please pre-arrange with our office at least 1 week prior to the tour date, for anything more specific.
Consider making an overnight of it! We have many wonderful downtown food & “watering hole” destinations, as well as fabulous B&B’s and hotels. We would be happy to direct you.
